Our Role:
We performed a complete overhaul of the mechanical system including the installation of a complete chilled water system consisting of a 211 ton water cooled screw chiller, (4) 100% outside air units, (8) central station air handlers, (1) cooling tower and condenser loop, (200) vertical stack water source heat pumps, (27) horizontal water source heat pumps, chemical treatment, and complete DDC control system.

Our Role
We completed the HVAC and Plumbing (interior) portion of work on the project. The HVAC consisted (36) Unitary Roof-Top Units with gas heat with complete ductwork system and air distribution. The plumbing system was complete stubbed 5’ including all sanitary piping, domestic water piping, roof drain piping, and gas piping.
