The Carrier corporation has again recognized Ray & Son Heating and Air Conditioning with one of its most prestigious annual honors – the Carrier President’s Award.

This award recognizes Carrier heating and air conditioning dealers who, among other attributes, “exemplify leadership and management, customer satisfaction, expertise, business growth and operational excellence.” In other words, the total package.

The President’s Award is the highest honor a dealer may attain. It’s designed to reward those who have exceeded high expectations, as a Carrier Dealer and as a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, which requires a rigorous set of standards.

As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, Ray & Son commits to continuing education and training for all its technical personnel, customer satisfaction and leadership and innovation within the industry.
